I offer virtual sessions and in-person sessions in Brooklyn.

I provide individual psychotherapy to adults of all ages who are looking to bolster their coping strategies and discover new ways to manage the challenges that life can bring. We are often drawn to therapy when we hit a new bump in the road or when we keep struggling with the same issues over and over without understanding why. I strongly believe it is a significant step to start therapy, and I strive to create an empathic, nonjudgmental environment for our work.

Drawing from psychodynamic and psychoanalytic perspectives, I help clients explore the deeper emotional patterns, unconscious conflicts, and relational experiences that shape their current struggles. Together, we work to develop a greater understanding of longstanding ways of relating to oneself and others, creating opportunities for meaningful change, increased self-awareness, and emotional growth.

I provide a thoughtful, collaborative therapeutic space where clients can reflect on their experiences, better understand their inner world, and work toward living with greater authenticity, resilience, and fulfillment.

In our initial complementary phone consultation, we will discuss what brings you to therapy at this time, scheduling, and any questions you have about the process.I meet with individuals 1-3 times per week for 45 minute therapy sessions, and we will work together to determine what the best schedule is for you.
